The Barrel Wall

Designed as a feature for a client's communal break out area the Barrel Wall measures 3m wide and stands 2.4m high. Original reclaimed oak whisky barrels were stripped and sanded, before being cut in half and oiled. The metal barrel hoops were removed, stripped of rust and painted. The visible supports for each barrel are made in solid oak and concealed plywood sub frames made and fitted within each barrel half.
